Horrible customer service....
Web base customer service is awful, it’s so aggravating I wish I’d never downloaded this app and funded this mess. I attempted to sign up for their card and that was also aggravating trying to pay for it, unfortunately some other wallets do not capture QR Code. Now think about trying to doing this from IOS and MacOS.
If customers have questions that’s not found on your website and were inquiring through your help page why would we need a code for initial submission? That has to be intentional to screen people or prevent inquiries. It doesn’t make sense at all, I first initiate and wait for reply that your customer service provides.
