I know Bitcoin fees are increased but these Bitpay app fees are insane? for example. I bought their debit card $9.95 and I got charged $50 including all fees.. recommendation for bitpay people.. move to litecoin. Ltc fees are super slow and transactions are faster

Bad experience with bitpay. $200 is stuck in bitpay and I cannot get it out due to insufficient funds they say. I would not recommend using bitpay.

Took 900$ worth of Bitcoin from me and never sent me a gift card , it’s been 4 days

I am not able to transfer funds to my card unless I lose half of what I send. Not everyone is a high roller. I have let’s say $350. US if I try to put $200 on my bitpay card it says I have insufficient funds, that means the fees and charges are more the $150 this is ridiculous...I’ll be looking for another platform to handle my funds.

no way to “empty” your wallet. If you try and send the amount of bitcoins in your balance, the app will tell you don’t have a “sufficient balance” for the fee! So you have two options; 1. Reduce/ keep adjusting your bitcoin amount (to be sent) and the fee until the “insufficient balance error stops popping up 2. Use the “send max amount” feature (a not very conspicuous button) Either way, you will have a bitcoin balance on your app ? All they need to do is either auto bake the fee into the amount or bitcoin you want to send or adjust (2) above to auto calculate same for you. Why do I have to have a balance of $25-ish in my account when I want to move all my bitcoin?

They are complete trash screwed me over outta hundred of dollars, there system used to be cool now there terrible. AND they don’t have a call service so you can’t speak to anyone over the phone and when using there email system they GIVE the consumer a verity of questions there allowed to ask. When really needing answers this bitpay company avoids there consumers I’m not the only person with this issues my entire crypto team of 20 plus is having the same issues and we all got robbed out of our money without answers.

The transfer rates are much higher than other options like coinbase. So much that its disgusting.

I ordered Credit card and eventually received it, linked it through Safari. Problem: I already had a IOS wallet with balance and cannot scan pair or email pair both IOS wallet and browser together. Links are always broken. What to do? Update: Initiating process from IOS and not from a browser finally paired both.

I’ve been trying to purchase a BitPay card since I’ve downloaded this app (about a month now) each time I fill out the forms and do the captcha I doesn’t allow me to go beyond that. It just loops into doing captchas. I can’t go beyond filling the necessary Info to step 2 and 3

This app has worked well for me so far. It would be nice if I could directly transfer funds from my BTC wallet to my BCH wallet. Would be very nice especially for people without banks accounts, lol. (Sorry but I refuse to give the banks my money.) The convenience of this would be tremendous. Also, take into consideration some of these other reviews.

Was going to use this to pay online and they have options for swiping and importing wallets. They should explain the costs! So I had enough in a paper wallet but it cost about 20 bucks to swipe it to the wallet whereas it wouldnt have cost anything to import the wallet. Now Im stuck with a useless balance unless I want to pay another 20 bucks and thats before I can pay 20 bucks to actually pay for the service. The transaction costs are ridiculous as is so this waste sucks.

As a newbie to Bitcoin I was a little skeptical on the complexity of the whole crypto currency thing. For people that don’t get it yet, the BitPay service is basically your own Bitcoin debit card + account management. It makes it so easy to spend, transfer, and manage your investment.

In the Wild Wild West of crypto currencies BitPay has shown themselves to be interested more in possible short term gains than the long term interests of their customers. There are better options. DO NOT TRUST.

This app doesnt create valid BCH addresses. Every single time we generate a BCH (Bitcoin Cash) address with this app to receive BCH, all the other BCH exchanges out there tell us that we are using an invalid BCH address.

I love the app and the card. Sometimes the fees are insane but that’s what ya get for using bitcoin. Please let us see the mining fee and the network fee before we enter the amount to transfer!! I’m tired of trying different amounts up to 5 times to get the money transferred. Thanks for all you do

Couldn’t put funds onto my card from my wallet . kept saying can’t create invoice.. spoke to card services , they said try reloading app..i did.. that erased wallet, I don’t have the 12 word phrase .. support says coins gone that were in wallet if I can’t recover with phrase.. thanks Bitpay

After the last update god i love BitPay finally GUI support for the iPhone X ??
